CBD Hemp Flower

CBD flower is dried and cured buds of the hemp plant that are rich in the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD), which has been extensively used for its potential wellness benefits.

While marijuana flowers are typically cultivated for their high THC content, which can be over 0.3% by dried weight basis and used for its psychoactive effects, our hemp flower is federally legal and non-intoxicating. 

Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, CBD flower derived from industrial hemp crops became legal to produce and consume in the United States.

This legislation also allows other cannabinoid flowers such as THCa, HHC, delta-8 THC, and even delta-9 THC flower to be technically legal as long as it maintains the 0.3% THC concentration.

Like any natural product, CBD hemp flower will eventually expire and lose potency over time. However, if you store your CBD flower carefully—in an air-tight container, out of direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry environment—you can maintain its potency and flavor for up to six months.

It is legal to fly domestic flights within the United States with CBD hemp flower as long as it contains less than 0.3% THC, as it’s considered a legal hemp product under federal law. Because cannabis isn’t legal in all countries, you cannot travel outside the United States with any cannabis product—regardless of its legal status. 

It’s important to note that other hemp-based flower such as THCa and HHC flower may not be legal in certain states, so it’s important to check with your local laws before traveling with hemp products.

CBD hemp flower shares many of the same terpenes as marijuana flowers—which is only legal in select states—it can be mistaken for marijuana, so we recommend traveling with a copy of third-party lab reports and the original product package labeling should authorities question your product.
