CBN Capsules for Sleep

I have severe chronic insomnia due to shiftwork syndrome. Even when I take prescription sleep meds it still takes me 4 - 5 hours to fall asleep. As I get older, I'm worried about the cumulative effects of them on my cognitive abilities so I'm trying to use them less. Ultra Sleep Therapy Softgels works as well as the prescription meds I take and has less hangover grogginess. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased these to take before sleep when I drink alcohol. I’m almost 39, and as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more sensitive to the glutamine-rebound and other impacts of alcohol on sleep. I have taken the tablet twice to aid better sleep (tablet containing CBD and CBN), and both times had a few strange sensations that are not listed among known side effects. I will take a half dose to see if the strange sensations do not occur again. If they do, I will stop using the tablets.
