good sleep aid

I have severe chronic insomnia due to shiftwork syndrome. Even when I take prescription sleep meds it still takes me 4 - 5 hours to fall asleep. As I get older, I'm worried about the cumulative effects of them on my cognitive abilities so I'm trying to use them less. This product has been really great. I have never slept well and it seems to help with that, I do get sleepy and wake up feeling more refreshed. It also seems to be helping with other soft tissue, maybe nerve healing, because I can feel energy (blood flow, sometime productive tingling) in my areas of chronic pain as I lay in bed trying to fall asleep. No taste, no grogginess, and they work pretty darn

I purchased these to take before sleep when I drink alcohol. I’m almost 39, and as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more sensitive to the glutamine-rebound and other impacts of alcohol on sleep. Even just a couple glasses of wine with a big meal will cause me to wake up 24 hrs later, quite alert. I take other supplements to mitigate the rebound and help my liver, and I’m not drinking that much, but sleep had still been an issue. I tried another company’s CBN gummy which was somewhat helpful but I didn’t want to eat a sugary sticky thing near flossing time. These gels are WORTH IT.
