This CBD high potency definitely relaxes you and relieves some of the aches and pains I have in my lower back. I would recommend you start slowly when ingesting this. There are times that after I ingest it, and it could be several hours later, I feel more tired and need to lay down. I also would recommend NOT drinking alcohol of any type when using this oil. It enhances the effects of alcohol.
