Pain and add no sleep = More Pain

Lower back pain L3-4-5 and doctors advise No Sugery.....No help from Epidurals, Rhizotomies' & physical therapy all ineffective. Spent 3-4 months trying various doses of CBD, added CBG, CBC. Alsp tried CBDa and CBN in various doses. Now, with the CBD & CBG during the daytime then using CBD & CBN at night. Now after 3 years I have my life back. Still the occasional off day but compared to what I endured for those 3 years while doctors "Himmmm & Hawwed....I am not tied to prescriptions and pain killers.

I have found that the CBN oil works very well for sleep, however, you have to keep in mind that there is a slight psychoactive effect from having a higher dose. I would suggest starting with 25 mg, and work your way up to the 50 mg dose.
