I am willing to give tis a good amount of time to get an objective assessment of this product.
As of this moment i have been taking it nightly at the recommended dose. I do have a lot of aches and pains and suffer from restless sleep.
One week into tis i have not noticed any changes in either my aches and pains nor my restless sleep.
