The taste takes a bit of adjustment. At first, I thought they tasted awful but now I don’t mind them. This is my second bottle. I cut them all in half to try to make a bottle last longer but I think I’m noticing better mental health the next day when I’ve taken a whole gummy the night before. Once it kicks in, forget about trying to read anything. Just watch a video, listen to music or go to sleep.
