    Convenient format; great results

    I'm very pleased with nearly every aspect of these RSO capsules. The capsule format is very convenient - even more so than the oil. It allows for consistent dosing and is easier to take along when traveling. The capsules are a bit on the large side but not so large as to present a problem swallowing. The effects seem to be more long-lasting per dose compared with the oils or gummies. My only complaint is the packaging. While the bottle is attractive and secure, the top can be a real pain to remove, especially since I have arthritic hands (which is one of the main reasons I take this). I decant the capsules into a different container that is easier...
