Trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep as a new C-PAP user? Read this!

Summary: Everyone responds to medications differently; these are MY RESULTS of how these products affect my body. I'm delighted with the effect in my body when using Neurogan FULL SPECTRUM CBD+CBN vegan gummies.

Retired and in my mid-70's I was diagnose with severe Sleep Apnea (a mix of mild Obstructive and Central, sometimes up to 52 per hour) and began using a C-PAP machine 6 months ago. Using that new C-PAP it typically took me 2 to 4 hours to fall asleep each night, and after 3 hours of fitful sleep I awoke and couldn't fall asleep again. This went on for the first 4 months even though I take 350 MG of Magnesium Glycinate each night. Lots of daytime naps ensured, along with always being exhausted; apparently 3 hours of fitful sleep is not enough for me! ;-)
