This balm is moderately effective for myself

I got this balm because I suffer from pinched nerves and sciatica. You can feel the soothing sensation right away but it was only moderately effective for myself. I had to use nerve oils with this to get some relief. For the amount of money I paid I expected a bit more. But if you put it on your temple it helps with sleep. Maybe this is more appropriate for someone with aches vs sharp pain.
