This product has been really great. I have never slept well and it seems to help with that, I do get sleepy and wake up feeling more refreshed. It also seems to be helping with other soft tissue, maybe nerve healing, because I can feel energy (blood flow, sometime productive tingling) in my areas of chronic pain as I lay in bed trying to fall asleep. It feel extremely productive and my chronic body pain has reduced significantly. I'm so happy with this product, use it every night and reordered before running out -- I would miss it if I skipped a few days I think. :)

I purchased these to take before sleep when I drink alcohol. I’m almost 39, and as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more sensitive to the glutamine-rebound and other impacts of alcohol on sleep. Even just a couple glasses of wine with a big meal will cause me to wake up 24 hrs later, quite alert. I take other supplements to mitigate the rebound and help my liver, and I’m not drinking that much, but sleep had still been an issue. I tried another company’s CBN gummy which was somewhat helpful but I didn’t want to eat a sugary sticky thing near flossing time. These gels are WORTH IT. The subscription price makes it more cost-effective.
