Jonas is a Danish chiropractic student and massage therapist with a lifelong passion for physical activity and overall health. He has received education in exercise, nutrition, and manual therapy. His background spans a variety of sports disciplines, including gymnastics, martial arts, soccer, and strength training. With a deep curiosity about how the human body and mind respond to pain, Jonas is focused on helping people live fulfilling lives despite their physical and mental challenges. He is particularly interested in practicing non-traditional, alternative methods for healing and recovery that do not rely on medication.
In his daily work as a sports massage therapist, he regularly helps people cope with pain and dysfunction using a combination of different manual therapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and general lifestyle advice. For Jonas, building a strong and trusting relationship between therapist and patient is of utmost importance to ensure that the recovery process is as pleasant and brief as possible.
After completing his studies at the Scandinavian College of Chiropractic in Stockholm, Jonas aspires to play an important role in the lives of patients dealing with life-interfering pain and dysfunction, while also educating the public about lifestyle factors that contribute to a more enjoyable life.
