I've had insomnia for years.

I've had insomnia for years. I've tried melatonin, antihistamine sleep aids, prescription meds, valarian root, teas, and more.. They would help, but only for a couple weeks, a month if I was lucky. I've even tried CBD and straight smoking weed, but the CBD I tried in the past didn't do anything and with weed there is a fine line between sleep and paranoia for me. So I was a huge skeptic when I ordered a couple CBN products from a company I knew nothing about. But both this stuff, and the CBN Capsules for Sleep are the first thing that has consistently helped me sleep. I do prefer the CBN Tincture jsut beacuse you can control the dose better and it kicks in quicker. I’m 3 years days in using CBN Tincture for Sleep.
